Please note that all product support material has been moved to the Itron Access website.
Itron Access contains the latest support information, software updates and technical documentation for the products you have purchased and also allows you to log new or view your current support service requests.
If you don't already have a Itron Access account, please visit http://support.itron.com and select the "CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT" option.
Once registered, you will receive an email containing your username and password. Initially you will not have access to download software. Please allow up to 3 business days for approval of your access privileges, at which time you will receive a secondary email notification.
